as a photographer first, 3d printer second, its awesome to see the two combine, especially since it was done at the George Eastman museum. ( for those who dont know Eastman founded Kodak :) )

I am glad that you pointed out that us lowly android users can use this app. The last few apps I read about were only available on apple phones. I can't wait to give it a try. Thanks for the great video.

As a fellow Rochester native (who played soccer in HS with Scotty Taye Diggs before he changed to school of the arts) and huge fan of Phillip Seymour Hoffman very cool! Will have to check out the statue in person next time I’m in Rochester and visit Eastman house.

Hey Uncle Jessy! As a fellow Rochestarian I knew EXACTLY why you picked PSH. Now you just need to find something to do with Bowie's mugshot!

Thanks for getting me into the hobby btw! When things are more liquid for me, I'm hoping to snag an open box Saturn S for a song =D

Another great tutorial! You've helped me a lot with getting my own shop up and running. I'm not too far from Rochester, the are a lot of great things to scan out there and in Buffalo as well.

I scanned a historical statue in my City but got help back then, I placed miniature versions across the city, for people to find. Definitely will give this a shot! Great Content!👊😝🔥

I can imagine the looks you got while scanning the statue 😂. It turned out awesome. I’m going to give this a try on my clay sculptures 👍

Been printing on my CR-20 PRO with NG from Micro Swiss in Dual Color Silk PLA from Polymaker from 10-?% in 10% increments. The darker color in is on his back, making it look like the sun is shining on the front. PSH is my hero. Will post pictures on Printables page when I hit max % Thanks for doing this.

Nice tip on using dirty IPA first and then using clean (er) IPA to get the final wash. Getting the heavy liquid off in dirty IPA is a much better process to getting clean prints.

There may be some copyright issues with sharing the model. The statue is likely not yet in the public domain ( like ancient works ). copyright is a weird and confusing bit of law .
