I read Dail Carnegy's book in school. It was very useful for me in that time. It help me build rapport with my new collegs. But, in fact, it cant't help you be to get on with anouser people. You might be frunk, but how will you understend people without crises? What about sarcasm. I thenk that word have anouther meaning, like are you say right in very uncomfortable moment in sarcastic manner.

Thanks for teaching us enormous knowledge. We are acquiring a huge amount of knowledge. That's absolutely amazing! Building a good rapport is important in today's 9 to 5 work routine. As for sarcasm I can say too much of it is harmful but only a little sarcasm said at the right time could be quite funny and friendly.
