This is the best I’ve seen by a sales trainer. This guy makes most sales trainers look like amateurs.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:

Prospects often *give vague, surface-level answers because salespeople don't understand how to use tone and tonality to trigger emotional responses.*
There are *five key tones to learn in sales: confused, curious, challenging, concerned, and playful/sarcastic.*
Using a *confused tone can help clarify a prospect's pain or problem, making them more willing to open up emotionally.*
A curious *tone is useful for asking situation or connection questions to understand the prospect's real situation.*
Challenging tone *should be used carefully and strategically to get prospects to defend why they need to make a change.*
A concerned *tone shows empathy and can build trust with prospects.*
Playful or *sarcastic tone can be used to make prospects chuckle and open up.*
Verbal pacing, *including pauses, is crucial to getting prospects to think deeper about your questions and engage more with the conversation.*

❤I wish I met Jeremy 2yrs ago when I embarked on my insurance career in the USA. I would have been so far ahead in my journey and would have continued to love the industry I was raised in. ❤ the upside is I found Jeremy. And you are correct. The best trainer in the industry. Jeremy has nailed it because his approach is human related, problem solving and addressing the needs of the client ❤

Great video. Can there be another video for when you are reaching out to the prospect vs. responding to an inbound lead?

Like the sales training you put out there 🏆 I do think using a prompter in front of camera lens would do you a favor. The constant looking off to your left makes me lose eye contact 🤷
