how can I find a practitioner in california who understands everything you are explaining? I have been to ent and he blamed my tmj and told me I worry alot and sent me home. He didn't explain anything to me. My extreme pain episodes are only in my left ear and the cracking and clicking is not painful but when I have the swelling it's emergency room pain and feels like my head and ear is going to explode. I thought I had a tumor so my doctor did order an MRI and apparently it was normal. Not sure what I am suppose to do now since the ent I went to was not a serious doctor and brushed me off. I use castor oil and a massage tool to prevent the pain and it seems to be doing its magic yet I need to make sure I heal myself I do not ever want a surgery. Any holistic remedies you recommend of rme? I was also injured in a car accident that damaged my upper spine I have a neck hump now and pain there too. I need to schedule an MRI for my spine next.
