Can you win a Mario Party game with random inputs?

I've created the stupidest bot you can imagine to see if random inputs is enough to win a game in Mario Party Superstars.

If it weren't for that last-minute duel, Mario would have won the party. DK saved Randy's life.

9:36 I did that! Once I had all my mlp plushies play and Pinkie Pie managed to never land on a single unowned property during the whole game. It was impressive and in character but I'm still not sure how it happened. She also consistently avoided any properties with houses or hotels, so she earned almost nothing and lost almost nothing during the entire game and managed to not really contribute to the economy at all. Eventually we had to give up and declare Fluttershy the winner since she owned everything and Pinkie still wasn't landing on stuff.
