This is an extended version of my guided body scan mindfulness meditation. This is a technique to calm anxiety and find harmony and healing within your mind and body. This relaxing session has been extended to help you become centered and have better energy and focus. A better life starts by seeing the peaceful YOU in a reflection of yourself! The music features 432hz boosted tones and works for a variety of meditation practices, whether you are into chakra, zen, transcendental, or other forms of meditation.

This session is 20 minutes, with approximately 8 minutes of slower guided and spoken dialogue followed by 12 minutes of ambient music. You can enjoy this meditation daily, either in the morning, at a break in the day, when doing yoga, or before you sleep at night. Enjoy this guided body scan technique and be well!!

Hi everyone! While I am in the process of creating more original meditation sessions, I wanted to share this extended body scan session. I was given some great feedback to space out the suggestions a bit more and include a music-only section at the end. I hope you enjoy it!

I absolutely love this. The body scan was so relaxing I felt my whole body sink into the bed. Personally I would have liked you to have carried on talking a little longer but that's because I can't get enough of your soothing voice ❤️ 😘 Many thanks

Whenever I start a meditation, at that first breath I always yawn, it seems to really stretch everything and relaxing is very easy then. Does anyone else do this or is it just me?

I really need help because I’ve been going through so much in my life and I lost all of my online friends from Discord and Roblox and I harassed a friend of mine and I hope that doing meditation helps me control my emotions because I can’t control them 😭
