I've been Vegan for 8 years now. Although starting into it does make you feel a little weak initially, your strength returns during the third week. I enjoy food more now as a Vegan more than I did as Meat eater. I've never had a decrease in my calcium levels nor my zinc, and BTW ... I'm fat!

the best way is eat everything but if u want to be healthier u can just eat less meat

Edit: welp i just realised when i went on a diet that meat is ok and you can eat pretty much how much you want cuz it has basically 0 carbs which is great and stuff such as bread, rice, potatoes etc. Have a ton of carbs and i should eat less of them.
So i guess srry for making a war in my replies

Im vegan, but only because of the animals. I informed myself beforehand and now probably eat healthier than most people.

Fun fact: soys can cover bout half of milk nutrients, the hardest part to cover among meat is Vitamin B12, which I only know in Tempeh, which is nice since Tempeh is native food of Indonesia, and is not as important in high quantity like Vitamin C, other nutrients can be covered in varieties of other veggies and fruits,

From this sentence on is what I learn from my parent only, never found the article bout it

don't eat garlic, shallot, onion or those sorts cuz they are pretty much meat bad stuff neutralizer, and if you don't eat meat your digestive system could get in trouble (don't really know if fatal or not)

Being vegan or vegetarian has become pretty easy more recently. It's easy to get your nutrients from other foods. Meat and milk aren't miracle foods 😆
