Excellent exercises that I use everyday.
Huge improvements, in the first week. At first, I couldn't touch my arms to the wall with the robot exercise, now the range of motion is vastly increased. I'm able to work in light weights too, still staying away from bench press or military press for a while. Thanks for these.

i did feel any changes or strain from the abduction one with the arms behind the back. however the robot one I felt huge release and, surprisingly, some strain. I could barely hold it 3 seconds. thank you for that simple quick exercise.

I must leave some comments. I’ve been doing both exercises 3x15reps twice a day. In 3 days my AC pain has significantly decreased and the capsule swolleness as well. I’ve got a lot less pain than during and after 7 days taking naproxen 550mg once a day. At the end, naproxen did close to nothing regarding the pain and it did not reduce the capsule swolleness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

How soon after ac sprain should we do these? I fell of a bike and sprained two weeks ago. Have a lot of mobility but muscles / tendons around the shoulder feel like the pull when I do certain movements. As a result I cannot do weights any more, but really keen to get rehab going asap.

Love the concise video👍🏻 Do these exercises help strengthen the muscles around the AC joint, to better stabilise it? Or are these two excises just for pain relief and other exercises are required to strengthen the area to prevent further damage/ pain? Thanks :)

I have been told don't do it if there is pain; what about popping? If there are pops with every change of position should you do the exercise (robot against the wall)?

Does the very top of the shoulder need to stay on the wall? The last stretch is a little hard to really see what I should be doing. Is it ok if the very top of my shoulder lifts up or do i want the entire thing to stay on the wall as much as possible?

So to reduce the pain, you are asking us to do what is painful. What should one do if due to pain one doesnt have the full range of motion to do exercise #2?

Sir can ac joint arthritis heal by itself or it is a disability and will remain for life time.

When I lift my hands to do the second exercise like the robot on the wall like how she did my shoulders rotate inward and it feels feels difficult to do it, should I do other exercises to strengthen before doing that? ..

I'm not screaming inpain, But i feel a little bit of pain when I reach across the body... I damaged my ac joint doing weighted Chin ups... Can I do these exercises everyday? It feels pretty good for me !!
