Don’t drink ACV straight like a shot. It hurts your throat so freakin bad. Like excruciating. Make sure you have lots of water if your gonna do it. If you think tequila hurts your throat... DO NOT DRINK ACV STRAIGHT. My throat was hurting for days. It felt like I had a horrible case of strep.
Not gonna lie, I actually thought my esophagus was disintegrating or bleeding or falling out. I was terrified.

You can mix a tablespoon or 2, of the liquid to 8oz of water and get the same affect go's down smooth and a big bottle is like $8. last a month

It's helped my severe reflux. I use to drink the ACV, but began taking the capsules when traveling. I have one question. Does taking the capsule still irritate your throat? I still some irritation in the throat. Thoughts anyone??? TIA

I just started taking this very brand. I wonder, is it better to take it about an hour before first meal, or before every meal, or should I take it before bed?
I'm not taking it for weight loss. Instead, it's to aid my slow digestion. Not enough stomach acid to break down food fast enough, so food was just sitting there in my gut. ACV was recommended to help produce acid. This is odd, seeing as it is also used by people with GERD.
