Bro. Imagine they added jungle villages with tree houses and bridges between houses. That woulda been insane.

I think villagers can't open gates mainly because gates are often used to pen in animals. If villagers were to freely open gates, there would be more cases of animals running on the loose. But that just my guess.

I think its so cute how the villagers have their own gossips and lives and the children play!

Unlike some humans, Villagers actually assess their resources before they decide to have children.

My favorite villagers are the jungle & swamp villagers. I was so disappointed when they were prevented from being a natural type of villager. I wish that they'd make more variants, namely mushroom boime villagers and even a challenge for advanced players like end villagers and make a piglin village beyond the bastions.

Your videos are extremely under-rated my friend. Your channel is a gold mine of information even for players like myself that have been playing since 2011. Thanks for the content and keep up the great work.

I actually ended up learning about villager breeding a few days ago to build my iron farm (works like a charm now), but I’m glad you posted this video!

Nice info as aways! I like to restore the villages if my main house is near them. I'm working on a desert village now. Just a short minecart ride over a river from a pyramid structure I made home.

Lots of good info. I didn't know that mobs won't cross tracks, that's a very helpful tip!
The bit about village boundaries also explains the problem I was having with my base basically being annexed by the nearby village.

I finally established my first village in minecraft. My base/world spawn is 500 blocks away from the nearest village. I did it by curing 2 zombie villagers and I think that's honestly the easiest way in those circumstances.

The tip about mobs not crossing rails blew my mind. It's a gamechanger for animal pens, and its totally lore-friendly - it's just the minecraft version of a cattle grate!!

Thanks @eyecraftmc this is just the video I need right now. I just boated a bunch of villagers to my base on my survival world I play with my sister. Didn’t know how exactly how they breeded/ worked. But video is very much needed.

I hadn't seen jungle villagers before. I like the outfits of the jungle, swamp, & savannah villagers the best. All together would make a very colorful village.

Get out of my brain, how did you know I needed this.... specifically today.

Really appreciate the bedrock information. That moving cost thing is super helpful and I had no idea about it

It would be really helpful if you also explain the distance that separates 2 different villages.
When you've already had an iron farm, putting a breeder not far enough would just break the farm.
I tried 64 blocks, and golems spawn all over the place.
I don't know the exact distance, but 100 worked for me.

Is it best to keep villager buildings and towns super simple? I find my villagers are getting stuck in places they shouldn’t be and struggling to get to their bed/work station in which the door to the building is on the other side. So as you could imagine, nighttime can get lively when villagers aren’t going to bed 🙄

Please don't take this the wrong way but I love how monotone and just generally unexcited you sound even though I know you are enjoying yourself.

I legit love ur voice and I think it fits your brand model perfectly
