Surprised you didn't mention one of Shears' more basic (and that's probably why you didn't mention it) and important functions, that being the fact that you can shear a sheep and obtain wool from it infinitely without having to kill it.

You forgot to mention that Shears can also stop the growth of glow berries, kelp, weeping vines, and twisting vines, making it very useful to keep your custom cave build from overgrowing.

something you forgot about flint and steel---it's one of the best ways to get iron in early game. It costs only a single iron ingot and flint, and you can use it to kill iron golems without invoking their wrath or hurting your reputation in the village. throw down as many extra beds as you have wool to make, causing the village population to boom and you'll get 3-8 golems spawning every day. with each golem giving you 1-4 iron, you can easily get a stack or two of iron with a single flint and steel.

16:06 I don't exactly remember, but you also can restict vines, glowberries and kelp from growing past block where you either right click or just cut it with shears

There's one more thing you missed. On Bedrock edition, Fire Aspect works like a Flint and steel so you can do the same stuff except for lighting creepers and lighting fires. So you can pretty much light campfires and detonate TNT with either a sword or the Fire Aspect book itself.
