I realized the heart is a muscle that is the limiting factor in blood oxygen and that it is intense work that makes it larger just like all other muscles, running doesn't actually increase cardio, these do!

But before that do walk if your are over weight or you can do daily common sqauts first if you are beganer and do bar pushups with squats

I can’t do the jump squats on the floor. I have to do them on my Bellicon rebounder. Much easier on the body. I drink a collagen peptide drink immediately to recover. I eat lots of fatty protein like ribeyes and chuck roast! #carnivore. No carbs!
