I seem to get this message every time I boot up and I have to adjust the time and date or else it tells me that everything is out of sync. I'll try and change the battery though. I have to say this is insane if this is the issue! Happy also that it could be a quick fix. Thanks for posting.

Got a brand new build, that dang battery on the MOBO caused the monitor to now have any signal, took it out put it back in, now I can see the bios on the monitor. But I'm stuck at the Splash Screen, do I need to change the battery completely? Appreciate your reply.

I figured out my issue. I was using an extension cord for cable management to connect my pc and my desktop but when I plugged my pc back into the wall instead it started back up again 🙌🏽🙌🏽
