I wonder what color the costumes had to be. It was also crazy to me think that was inflated but a warm human body was white and his mouth (the warmest part) was pitch black. That had to contain some wild combination of multiple formats

I watched the movie in a Dolby Cinema the other day, and my chest was freaking vibrating with the movie like a drum in scenes like this one lmao.

I feel like the reason they filmed it in greyscale is because the opposing gladiator is described as having painted been painted orange. As a result, he would resemble an Oompa Loompa and nobody would take the scene seriously.
