I love the idea of different colored stars having different wave lengths of light. Idk how real it is, but it's a cool unique twist no other scifi project has ever thought of as far as I know.
And the black blotch ink fireworks made the whole sequence truely feel like a completely alien world.

Seriously though, I love the design choice of the black sun because it really hits home the point that nothing, not even their own homeworld, is sacred to the Harkonnens besides themselves.

They'd rip Geidi-Prime apart and terraform a different one if they thought it would fetch a hefty sum of income. (Which so far has indeed been the case)
