This is another very simple but delicious recipe.
Very good to enjoy especially in the cold winter months.
Very few ingredients, very cheap and just a few steps to amaze family and friends.
Very good if paired or served with toasted sourdough bread, polenta or rice.

Looks delish and not complicated at all, will definitely make it a try! Thanks for the traditional recipe, Adam, this reminds me of the beef stew our Italian friend once made for us.

This looks like something my dad’s aunt would make. She served it over pasta though.

Looks really good, but I wouldn't call it stew. Not enough vegetables. It sucks being Italian American and not knowing how to cook. I'd have at least 5 carrots, and potatoes. 4 ribs of celery, another onion (cut in larger pieces), a big bell pepper, and maybe green beans and/or zucchini. Plus 8 quartered Roma tomatoes. But like I said, don't know how to cook.

Where is the garlic, and the red wine 🍷 to blend the meat ?! ...Greetings from Italy 🇮🇹
