I just turn heat up to 450 last 15 minutes skin crispy and meat juicy. I have a video on this.

Ok 250 for how long and salt brine combination, whats is the ratio water to salt, also do you have to turn it, I am new at this whole smoker thing, and the skins come out tough.

How do u get the seasoning to stick after the cornstarch? I tried this and my seasoning just falls off.

So I noticed that when you are putting the seasoning on the chicken skin that the cornstarch doesn’t appear to be on there anymore… What’s the story there?
