Crispy and Tender Chicken Thighs 🍗🐔

This recipe is my favorite way to make chicken thighs that are crispy, juicy, and flavorful! The chicken is so easy to throw together and the oven does all of the work. You can season it any way you’d like, and I decided to go with spicy lemon pepper this time around. This recipe comes together in less than an hour and is perfect for a weeknight dinner or meal prep. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
-1 tbs lemon pepper seasoning
-1 tbs garlic powder
-1 tbs onion powder
-2 tsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions:
-preheat the oven to 400F
-trim off the excess fat and skin from the chicken, loosen the meat from the bone, and score the skin
-generously season both sides of the chicken and pat down
-space out the chicken on a wired rack and baking sheet
-bake for 45 minutes until internal temp is 165F
-rest for 10 minutes at room temperature
-enjoy!

Made it today and it was delicious and easy. I mixed all the spices first then applied and rubbed it on. easier and cleaner then in the video. Mine was ready in 30 minutes at 40OF. Also used the convection setting in my oven. I also added a little salt which wasnt listed in the recipe.

Looks good. I would've seared them both sides before going in the oven! This locks in the flavours.

150 155 would be fine it will rise in temp. also dont take the bone or fat. your temps are 170 180 because of residual heat

Season under the skin, and wrap them tightly with the skin. Ffs do it right!
