Dr Sahib thks fr the video. I am 67 yrs and ckd patient at stage 3A lower limit fr the last 2 years. No have sugar and BP under control. Around 1 km daily walk with light exercise in the park and feeling fit. Taking light protein food with an apple & a guava day. How to improve my egfr function.
