Fixed PS4 Stuck On Connect The DUALSHOCK 4 Screen | Controller using cable not working

The ps4 all of a sudden came up with this and when I try connecting my controller it doesn’t work.

1. Using the right cable (for data transfer) 2. Safe mode: The PS4 prompted me to make a new install, at the end, after trying everything else, this was the only method to solve the problem. Now back to normal operation. Have no idea, why the PS4 was suddenly stuck in the DUALSHOCK Screen, as there were no installs or changes. May be it got corrupted while automatically trying to install the latest update 11.02.

Thanks for that. In my case none out of 4 controllers could connect to ps4 and I had to factory reset the console 👍
