Nothing was working for mine and i looked it up to see if you can use a phone as a USB and it turns out if it's android you can. I downloaded the update file and renamed my phone FAT32 and tried it but it didn't work so i checked and figured out the problem. When you download the file it keeps it in your downloads in Google files so you have to go to the files options and click move to and then it should give you the option to add to a new folder which i did and then labeled the folder FAT32. After that i let my phone sit still connected to my ps4 for about 5 minutes and hit ok which shuts the ps4 off and since my power button doesn't work i use my remote to turn it on. I pressed and held the button until the controller turned back off and everything booted up as if nothing had happened. No data was lost.

Do not enitialize your ps4 to the7th one it will delete all your data thats only if you want to sell it the rebuild datbase is safe the 1 through 5 are safe do not push initiative your ps4 ⚠️⚠️⚠️hope this save you bro

Mine was on safe mood everytime i turn it on and i installed the reinstallation file, but after the update whenever i turn off the ps4, it goes to safe mofe again over and over, i got tired of doing it.

mine was on a CONSTANT LOOP i unplugged it fully while it was in then it seemed to work
