I'm a truck driver and I start my day at a different time every day and I eat all my food within the first 6 hours after I wake so if I start at 1 am the first day by 7am or so I'm done and then the next day I start my day at 11 pm so that would be about 16 hr of fasting will this routine work what do you think thanks

Ah! This is the easy stuff!
When you talked about a morning coffee drink about a year and a half ago you casually mentioned changes you might make if you're on a keto or carnivore diet, I said "Waitaminnit! What's 'carnivore'?"
So I searched YouTube and found Lillie Kane, Steak and Butter Gal, and My Zero-Carb Life who showed me the way.
So of course I always start with protein first (actually most of it).

My wife taught me years ago to stop eating before 8:PM so it's habit now.

Walking is the very best and most natural exercise you can get. It's what we were evolved to do. Many animals can run faster than we can but nothing can walk for longer than we can. It's how we populated most of the world (twice!).

#4 & #5 I take care of with bacon. It's a great snack and FAT is a natural appetite suppressant because it most satisfies your appetite.

Carbs are lousy for this because you Always want more.
Carbs are naturally only available seasonally, in the late summer and in the fall, to help you pack on fat so you can make it through the long winter. In our modern world, it's now summer all the time!

Also, a lot of the times you think you're hungry, you're actually thirsty. I carry a glass of ice water around with me all the time and I find I snack much less.

Stop eating at 8 pm. What time be that bedtime? Or how many hours before bedtime to stop eating? I stay up late.

Is it better to walk 3 times a day for 20 minutes, twice a day for 30 minutes, or once a day for an hour? Or some other amount?
