Dead Bug Core Exercises

Awesome drill for core strength and hip, spine & shoulder awareness.

You may have come across the Dead Bug fot core work before, but there are so many little additions you can used that really make it stand out.

Dead Bug can help you learn how to brace, how to maintain bracing while moving at the hips and shoulders, help you spot rib flare & pelvic tilts and it just activates the gains automatically when you give it proper attention.

Some of the awesome variations are:
- Arms only drops
- Legs only drops
- Same side arm & leg drops
- Opposite side arm & leg drops
And, my favourite:
- Partner drills!
Basically someone being really mean to you while you're just trying to hold your Dead Bug. Something very hard to recreate yourself!

So start taking your Dead Bug more seriously! It is worth doing!

I’ve got some ruthless hamstring tendinitis behind the knee from running that won’t go away after a lot of work. Just wondered what your approach would take!
