📌If you find it hard to engage your core or to hold a plank position, start with the Dead Bug.

This is a great exercise to help you build core strength and stability. It works every muscle in your core. It is also a great way to warm up your core before performing heavier lifts like barbell squat or deadlift.

💡More Tips :
- Always keep your lower back flat on the ground
- If you are new to this movement, reduce the range of motion of the leg/arm. Only go as low as you feel comfortable without arching your back.
- Go slow and controlled to keep the tension, don’t rush through the movement
- Breath in as you lower your arm/leg, breath out as you bring your arm/leg back in
