Thank you for all helpful exercise information which best- suit low back problems. I stopped some stretching which require pelvis-tuck or twist and actually causes more pains or even another flare ups. I am very pleased to reach this video to learn how to do exercise safely to give low back self healing.

Probably a stupid question but if doing this hurts my SI joint should i not do it? Its not all the time just depends if its flaring up but theres not much else i can do for my core so its a bit defeating when i cant
