I've always had this problem. I always feel like if I'm not constantly impressive then people will find me boring and won't want to talk to me.

Especially in team work, its so important to support and congratulate others on their successes. It makes ppl so much more motivated and efficient. Especially if youre seen as successfull or skilled person yourself. Going out of your way to tell them "that was a great idea" or when you show them what you work on and ask for their opinion or if they think its a good idea etc. It can encourege them so much

Or if someone vents to you and says “I’m feeling anxious” then don’t say “I’ve been feeling that way my whole life” my friend does this to me, she always makes her life seem worse and it makes me feel worse too.
