1. Doing work before school (bus etc)
2. Being disciplined, forcing yourself to form a routine
3. Use your time in school wisely

For the first one make sure you sleep early because you HAVE to get good sleep or else you’ll be way too tired to do anything. NO TIKTOK BEFORE BED

I think taking a nap after coming home from school for 20mins helps me replenish my energy

I wake up at 5, leave for school at 6, get home at 6pm, and go to bed at 12. It’s hell.

always remember that life does not equal school. if you struggle to condition yourself to do these things, thats natural. never put yourself down for wanting to prioritise anything besides school because people always forget that there is life beyond school! not everyone has to strive for academic excellence because academic excellence isnt for everyone. this video is good for those who really want to continue with education but that shouldnt be the norm because not everyone can survive that lifestyle. happiness, stability and health = success. a prestigious career yet an empty materialistic lifestyle from having nothing beyond that ≠ success. no hate to this video, just a reminder to those who might be striving for something they dont actually need, just pressured into having.

The thing that usually works for me is:

-Get home
-Look through the window 10 or 15 minutes, just breath and refresh yourself. Drink some water and just, be there.
-Eat (but not much)

And just like that, I avoid having both stress and that sleepy sensation after eating

Like 2 moths ago I literally realized that I couldn't focus after school for big periods so I adopted to getting up at 5 am. Since then I feel like that I can study way more in even less time. So all I can say is that #1 tip is one of the best advice for students and even maybe for others as well.

Here are the key points:

Reschedule homework: Do your homework before school when you are more alert and have less stress.

Discipline yourself: Imagine being forced to do homework, you would do it, so tap into that ability.

Reflect on study needs: If you study after an 8-hour school day, you might not be using school time effectively.

Bonus tips include power naps, exercise, sunlight, and using weekends for studying.

The speaker claims to have never learned anything in school and advises spending time on your business or goals instead.

Alright one thing that helped me is I try to stay as chill as possible at school. Paying attention only to my studies and productivity, instead of draining my energy in dramas, trying to please other students, trying to be admired, etc. Also I sleep during unimportant lessons and break time lol

Great video, however I would like to add smth.
I can actually nap for hours after school because of how tired I get both physically and mentally. Trust me it's not just the excuses. It takes around one and half hour for me to get home from schl and that's what probably physically drains me out. So personally I never struggled to take a nap after schl and that's what makes the whole thing difficult for me. If I want to get any work done I would keep dozing on and off so my advice would be to actually take a nap or like sleep for an hour or two and then to get started cuz what's the point of trying to work when u r not 100% or let's just say even 80% present while doing ur work? Another great tip would be to *study in a public place like library* where the surrounding ppl can motivate u to get some work done but again if u r way too tired this tip might not work either.

I would also like to add:
1. Exercise
(It doesn't need to be hard, but get your heart rate up; e.g. jog on the spot for a minute, 20 jumping jacks. Doing this before each subject works wonders I swear it's like an accessible mode of adrenaline)

2. Tell yourself that you want to do the homework
(you will 100% sound like a lunatic in your head, but keeping a positive outlook is going to motivate you far more than a negative one. Also works for staying motivated in school as well)

3. SIGN OUT of all the sites that will distract you
(sign out and remove the shortcuts to anything on your school/work device. Distinguish in your brain that this Is your 'work' device and your phone Is your 'play' device. one Is for relaxing, one Is for being productive.)

Bro these are the only tips that actually help and are relatable

Also, be careful about the #2 point he mentions, make sure the routine you design is sustainable because if it's not, you will either get burnt out and quit or you won't even start because the task is too daunting.

You're telling me to wake up at 4 am, to study, prepare food, eat food, take a bath, put on clothes, and leave one hour before 7 am. That will kill me before I graduate

1- Sleep early+wake up much earlier to study before school
2- Be disciplined; do it even when not feeling it
3- Use time in school wisely
(Example: prioritize your goals and interests: so when you want to focus on socializing at school, do it, and study and keep the the after-school time for studying, if you can to begin with)
+ tips for energy:
a) nap after school, or listen to "NSDR" and it outs you in a very relaxing state while still not sleeping, but it'll feel like so
b) Be active, exercise, walk, see sunlight
c) Take advantage of the weekend (it's a huge opportunity to spend it to work and eventually keeping off some new week stress)

I love the poster behind you !, And in fact I once had it because it's a good motivator, and what it says "Knowledge will break the chains of slavery" is as somewhat real today

How i study given this.. I go sleep at 7, wake up at 3am and study.. I find myself more productive in the morning because no ones awake to distract me and school sets a time constraint to make me work more efficient.

Thank you so much for sharing this valuable info. Personally what gets me working is by moving around and getting active whether it's doing small house chores (dishwashing, throwing out the garbage), that gets my blood pumping and getting ready for more. This one little movement causes a chain reaction in me that sparks more energy and allows me to get more things done. Hope anyone reading this is having a good rest and a goodnight!
