Taking a cold shower is a good idea but please when u put the cold water dont put it instandtly on ur head! (some people get heart attacks)

Personally what I do after coming from school and having my meal, I consider taking an hour long nap,
It not only refreshes my mind, body and moreover I don't have that lethargic feeling, which I absolutely deteste.
Thereafter, I'm able to study for 3-4 hours productively.
