Teams is an essential tool for us and our customers. Adoption is on an all times high! 152 million daily users now, up from 45 million in january 2020 according to Microsoft. Its a great tool for everyone, not just office workers but for front line workers too!

I've been using Teams for a while now but there is a BIG downside of the latest upgrade with the optional 'new meeting experience'. It does enable you to share your Teams screen (which is a plus) but if you want to follow the meeting chat comments, you have to have a secondary window open on your screen, you can't simply have it in your side-bar any longer. As someone who does on-line delivery, it's the only thing holding me back from using the new feature, with the large gallery view and many more benefits

Can the Surface Go 2 handle background blur/replacement in Teams? I read a comment saying the original Go didn’t have enough grunt for this task.

I can't do more with Teams on my Surface Pro 7, because the Surface overheats every time I have longer than 15 minutes videocalls on Teams, and crashes with a BSOD. And the camera white balance flies all over the place. No problems with Zoom, but unfortunately for work collaboration we use Teams

We would like to use Teams Chat on our new Microsoft Surface Pro 7's. They do not have keyboards - just pens. I cannot see how to type in Teams Chat. Can you tell me how to do this with only a pen?

I'm trying like crazy to update Teams on my surface pro... It's crucial for my work these days! Should I delete app completely then reinstall!!! I have 365 subscription! Sorry if this is an "old" question or something you covered!!!

You don’t need teams if you have an iPad. It’s a team all on its own.
