I replaced all oil with cocooil, huge relieve.

I already include most of these vitamins in my diet in one form or another, but other advice tells me, for example, that cruciferous vegetables are not good for my hypothyroidism, and I am so fair skinned that I avoid the sun altogether at this time of year! It is hard to strike a dietary balance when you have various health issues, which is true for the vast majority of pensioners. Not only that, but some of the foods mentioned are either unavailable where I live (what on earth are collard greens?), or are very expensive. Salmon KEEPS appearing on lists of healthy food, and we're also frequently told that wild caught salmon is better for us...yeah, right!

Vitamins are important but the no. 1 cause of arthritis is WHEAT.I could not move my fingers. had Chronic pain in my legs and the pain would not go away. Until I read the Wheat belly book. After 1 week off of wheat all the pain was gone. The glycolate is the real cause.
