Alpha wants to know if you have overslept? Aaron Marino of alpha m. goes over tips to mitigate this slumber situation.

1. Set multiple alarms - Alpha displays his series of alarms since he's a snoozer.

2. Set your phone out-of-reach if it's the alarm (out of arm's reach)

3. Test your alarm before falling asleep

4. Get an alarm clock - the obnoxious wind-up alarm clock with bells is the trick! Set it up across the room to boot.

5. Go to bed at a reasonable hour - getting up at 5am is not natural for Alpha but he's conditioned his body by sticking to a bedtime.

6. Get up at the same time everyday too.

i set multiple alarms.. wake up on the first one and then turn off the rest of the alarms and go back to bed..

Put your alarm next to the bathroom sink. When you get up to turn it off, you're already at the sink. Might as well start brushing your teeth, right?

Start drinking in the early afternoon. Pass out around 6-7pm and wake up fresh as a daisy 12 hours later! You are welcome.

The infamous chain of alarms does NOT work for me: I just end up thinking "I'll get the next one" .. until there simply is no "next one". So what I do is set one and maybe a second one half an hour later.

I'm sleeping for 12 freaking hours everyday for the past month and now its super hard to wake up. I need an alarm clock and a tiring day.

I used to wake up at 11-12 pm. It sucks but now I'm up by 7 am because I got a new job. It takes some time but your body gets used to it. Sleeping early definitely helps to not over sleep and won't be as rough on your body as your day goes

This video is perfectly time with my college semester 2 days away and I have a horrible oversleeping problem. I'll be trying these out alpha. Let's see if I can go from waking up at 11:30 to 7!
