I made SALTED CARAMEL CORN without a recipe!

✨Recipe:
1 ½ cup Sugar
1 stick (½ cup) Unsalted Butter
½ cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp Salt
10 cups popped popcorn (roughly ½ cup of kernels)

Directions:
1. Pop your popcorn and set aside.
2. In a large saucepan, melt butter, then combine with heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Stir periodically ensuring nothing burns on the bottom, until it reaches your desired level of caramelization.
3. Pour over your popcorn and mix thoroughly for even coating. Top with melted chocolate drizzle if desired.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy 😊

I've made coated popcorn before, in my experience it works best if you transfer everything to a large metal mixing bowl. I've done it in the past when I made blueberry candy popcorn, and peanut butter banana toffee peanut butter
