Another old favorite, I love it and am thrilled with the feet flexed forward bend and rest on elbows. I remember very clearly how hard this was when I started and now it feels so good and my butterfly stretch goes much further now with no pain. Thanks for the long term benefits you are giving us Tina!💜😃👏👍💪

I'm 66 years of age. I've followed along with this video twice over the last few days. I'm not too good at it but the second time was a bit better than the first. I feel sick to my stomach and have a headache when I'm done. I sure hope that goes away in time! Appreciate the effort that went into making this video. Thank you Tina!

Hi Tina, Having started off with chair yoga a few months ago, today was my first mat only yoga session, still lacking a bit mobility. I compete in Masters Track and Field ( shot and discus, current NE V55 champion ) A challenging session for me but getting better.

My favorite yoga class ever. I am not very experienced but I’ve been progressing over the last 2 1/2 years. Started out on a chair in a class. The virus hit so no more classes than my daughter was killed on a motorcycle accident. So I found YouTube and did cheer yoga and have just progress. Thank you for saying that my knees will get down there. I’m 75 and I know my life wouldn’t be near as happy today without Jesus and Yoga. Thank you. You’re awesome oh and I did your eight week yoga class but I did it in for four days. I will go back and do them again on days I don’t do this. Hope that’s OK.💕

Hi Tina, I love your videos. The 8-week Challenge helped me after recovering from a motorcycle accident. I tore up my knees pretty bad and almost lost my right foot. Do you have any videos that don't include putting weight on the knees or on the top of the feet. I still have to skip these exercises and would like to find a video that I can do all of them. Thanks for putting these out there!
