Worst experience with MakeMyTrip and customer service is pathetic, no option to talk with customer support and no reply of issue raised . We pay for comfort and luxury for long journey but in my case it's pathetic. Don't book any tickets from here .

I don't want that refund 😕 I am getting worst customer service in MMT at that time of cancelation customer care person spoke with me he told me refund amount is 9000. But now I am getting 200 rupees very thank you so much this is my fist and lost booking in MMT also I am not recommend for any one for flight booking 😢

This is a fraud company. My son booked hotel (Home Touch Service Apartment, Hyderabad) for three days (2nd November, 2023 to 5th November, 2023). There was no exixtence of the property and it was fake. Still today there is no reply of our complain through email. No refund. Do not book anything from MakeMyTrip.

Most unprofessional, irresponsible and careless people are in their team. They will take payment and after that they will show their attitude. If you ask for money to return, it will be denied. Don't waste your hard earned money.
