So this was a tough one for me but once i start a challenge i like to see it threw for better or worse.
the Paleo Diet is a diet based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans, consisting chiefly of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit, and excluding dairy or grain products and processed food.
That being said it's not bad when you are at home, but when you are traveling and want to go out to eat at a restaurant it's not to easy to do.

Summary: lost no weight, lost less than one percent body fat, but also did not follow the paleo diet to a T.

Im pretty sure your body fat didnt go down lower cause of the paleo snacks. But great effort.
