I actually never do leg extensions. My leg work consists of lots of heavy squats, deadlifts, bodyweight squats, and sprints.

in the beginning did you ever get sugar cravings? I've been doing the paleo diet and am really good about it during the day and don't have any problem maintaining it, but once the late night hours roll around, I find myself salivating for something sugary. (even though im not hungry at all)

Like I said, lots of heavy squats, deadlifts, and sprints. Squats and deads with FULL range of motion. I still am not that strong, max on squats is like 325, but squatting lower weight with full ROM gives you more growth then these guys who squat 405 for quarter reps.

No dairy, I drink almond and coconut milk. It has to do with the way lactose digests.

Not sure about everyone else but I think it would be cool to see videos from in the gym. If you're doing a split maybe one for each day?

just go hard and heavy and you'll get there. if nothing is working then ur doing something wrong( not enough recovery, not enough protien, etc) as for the protien shakes, they're not really necessary but they do help as a nice post workout shake. and dont forget to swtich ur routine up every couple of months, biggest mistake ull ever make is sticking with the same routine and weight, remmber out bodies are built for adapting.

wow thats great, what is your view on leg extensions? I am currently doing them as well as using the 'squat' machine at the gym once or twice a week. People tell me leg extensions are great and they seem to be working, always good to get more opinions though :)

Yes Paleo typically cuts out potatoes. But sweet potatoes are actually acceptable as a recovery food for athletes who follow a Paleo diet. They contain a good mix of complex carbohydrates and sugars for post workout recovery.
