Chapter 20 Lecture Video Part 2
Section 20.7 Reactions of Acid Chlorides: Predict the products of reactions with acid chlorides, and determine what reactants are needed to be added to acid chlorides to produce acid derivatives. Draw the mechanism of nucleophilic acyl substitution of an acid chloride.
Section 20.8 Reactions of Acid Anhydrides: Predict the products of reactions with acid anhydrides, and determine what reactants are needed to be added to acid anhydrides to produce other acid derivatives. Draw the mechanism of nucleophilic acyl substitution of an acid anhydride.
Section 20.9 Reactions of Carboxylic Acids: Choose the correct reagents (and conditions) to produce acid chlorides, acid anhydrides, esters, and amides from carboxylic acids. Draw the mechanism of Fischer Esterification.
These are the lectures that I use in my Organic Chemistry II course. The textbook I use is Smith, Janice "Organic Chemistry", McGraw Hill, 6th Ed., 2020, ISBN13: 9781260119107. Some images used in this video come from that textbook.

I have made the PDFs for the In-Class Assignments available for free on my Google Drive. If you find these videos helpful, you can send me a Super Thanks for as little as $2 to help support the channel.
