Thank you for the videos! Would you mind making a video pertaining to exercise in eating disorder recovery? Maybe signs that exercise is not helping, what appropriate exercise may look like, etc.

Whenever I do any form of intense exercise, seemingly regardless of duration, my body completely goes out of whack. Increases bloating, poor sleep, mood regulation issues, etc. it feels like even a few sprints could take days for things to normalize afterwards.

Thank you again for all of your content..it’s the only channel that seems to give me hope. Also, do you guys do any long distance services via zoom?

But every time I allows myself to eat I can't stop. Im afraid. I don't know if im binging or what. Uhm yes, I'm trying to recover on my own cause I'm afraid people will judge me.
