I have a question about "public" property. Does the US Government own all the public roads? Would I be an a-lien on public roads as a State citizen? Also are all of the "state of" states subsidiary corporations of the US government corporation or are they corporations subject to the civil authority of the State?

Hey as of this date we have another issue to work out. Since this mcgirt motion has held up the fact that Indians cannot be tried or punished in a bill of attainder Court nor are they subject to anything the state has to say. No jurisdiction of a state if you're an Indian on Indian land period and oh boy is My Imagination Running Wild with me. So I domicile on a reservation does that hurt me as a Fourteenth Amendment citizen because I've already declared my status as a US national born in California domicile in Oklahoma because I will never go back to California and I'm an Indian so I might as well just stay right here I really need to know the pitfalls of that. How can I become a state citizen (I'm in Virginia) though I was born and raised in Ireland? I see plenty of people staying you need your birth certificate to prove that you were born in whatever state; but I, of course, was born elsewhere.

I was not married when I birth my son. The father didn't want him, but I was corse into court without being subpoena. I was was facing allegations by the father. I requested for legal representation more than once, the judge denied me this and they basically kidnap my 9 month old son at the time. I was born in California and moved to Texas where my baby was born.
