The affidavit should say the city and state in which you’re domiciled, not Los Angeles California.

A W-4v can be sent instead of a W-4, but some employers won’t accept it. Fill out numbers 1-3 on the W-4v normally (put the SSN). Leave 5 and 6 blank unless applicable. Check 7.

If you need to fill out a W-4, do not fill it out as I described in the video. Instead, as described in the form’s instructions on how to file as exempt, write “Exempt” under 4c, and other only fill out steps 1a, 1b, and 5. Always put your zip code and SSN in brackets.

When filling out a W-4 or W-4v add “Done in Good Faith” at the end of your signature.

If anyone else is new here and thinks this is a lot to take in and sounds far fetched, let me just say that a national guided me on how to win a court case against a debt collector. There was an affidavit along with other documents that he prepared for me and they contained a lot of the careful wordplay in the documents that this video was discussing. He explained to me how the law is written in a way that basically means "I don't have to pay these debt collectors a dime" and I had a vague understanding of it but not enough to explain here in depth. Point being, I used those documents and Said what this national told me to say in the court room, and I swear it felt like magic because I didn't quite understand why but it worked! The judge ruled in my favor, a $5, 000 debt, GONE just like that! That was all the proof I needed that these nationals clearly have insights and understanding that I simply do not possess. But I watched this video as my first step into immersing myself I'm all the knowledge required to transition into their way of life correctly. I can't stress enough just how magical and empowering it felt to tell those predatory corrupt debt collectors to F off! The system has be screwing us all for years! This appears to be a way for us to put an end to a lot of it! I'm so excited to begin this journey and learn all that means to be a National! If any other nationals are reading this, please feel free to pass on any other learning materials that you think are important for me to read/watch🙏🏾

Excellent presentation of the difference in status between U.S. citizens and state nationals. One thing to beware of is if you claim state national status I recommend you only claim your allegiance to your state at the time it was accepted by Congress or...they will assume you are claiming allegiance to the STATE OF.... where your current STATE is located in the Washington, District of Colombia and is subject to the jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES, so I add California (1850) to be clear I am not talking about THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA (1879 Constitution) that is currently masquerading as in power. All the states re did their Constitutions after the Civil War and California's 1879 Constitution clearly says in it that it is "an inseparable part of the United States of America" while the 1849 Constitution does not. The 1879 Constitution also does not claim a physical geographical boundary while the 1849 one does.

This is by far the most generous & comprehensive breakdown for those who have been searching for answers; all the while receiving the "run-around", half-truths, directions that lead them down yet another "rabbit-hole" etc. Now, that being said; I am still at a crossroads here and am hoping for a little more insight into how one can go about applying or attempting to complete a required process to update or call the entity's attention to one's Status of that of a Non-citizen national or State national. For example in applying for a Passport, I am forced to deal with an agency and/or individuals within said agency who operate under presumptuous circumstance which is based on "so-called" adopted or cited statutes or codes that they use as their definition of what is or what is not; but does not in any way pertain to my situation as a State national or that completely ignores or fails to recognize what the actual Law states or to which one could reference from dozens of previous Supreme Court rulings? I really need a bit of help here please!

One thing people have to understand what a "court of record" is. In order for this affidavit to count as EVIDENCE, the statement must be entered into a "court of record". There are a couple of ways to do this without actually going into a court room, but what it boils down to is a PUBLIC NOTICE. Filing with a county recorder is one way, a public notice in a newspaper for at least 14 days (check your state law) followed by an affidavit from the newspaper stating such lawful public notice has been given.

I’ve been studying these issues for quite sometime and my first thought when watching is CONTEXT matters when trying comprehend statutes/codes, etc. One also needs to be aware of critical to understand, rules of statutory construction such as ejusdem generis (Latin: “of like kind”) and also what is NOT listed is excluded (expressio unius est exclusio alterius) ! Also, when reading contracts, etc, pay close attention to the definitions section of whatever it is you are reading and I would suggest reading the definitions FIRST.

It’s safe to say our “benevolent” government has very effectively made these matters confusing for example: take 26 USC 7701(b)(1) (B) “An individual is a nonresident alien if such individual is neither a citizen of the United States nor a resident of the United States.” Now if one has previously read the definitions in CFR 26, they would know that United States (for the purposes of CFR 26) is defined as the District of Columbia. So when District of Columbia is substituted for “United States”, the jurisdictional application becomes a little clearer.

There was too much to “unpack” in this video, but perhaps what I have written here will make proper comprehension a little easier.

One final thought is to also think in terms of the contextual application of whatever statute/code your reading or put another way, think “jurisdiction”. Good luck out there and keep studying !
