Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! This is GOLD! Seeing a full, raw, real-time evaluation and rehab of someone is so insightful and helpful! I know the short videos are probably easier and better for social media growth but those longer ones are where the real value is at. As a health & fitness coach, I get to learn so much more from them and then use all that knowledge to help so many more people! So please, don't stop making them and thank you for everything that you do!

😳🤯🤯🤯 that evaluation & analysis was INSANELY good! I’ve never seen a doctor analyze, & get to the various roots of the pain problem like that

You gave me hope in fixing my knee issues. Our Healthcare in Germany is just horrible when it comes to thorough evaluation. I hopefully can semi selftreat my problems with your videos.

Hi. I am a PTA in my 5th year of practice in outpatient orthopedic (general population). Heard you on another podcast, and started listening to yours, plus Instagram. I am reading Milo and have been able to apply some of the screens, drills and corrective exercises to patients already - both athletes and desk jockys. This kind of video is so helpful to me, as my PTA education was a very quick superficial pass over tons of topics, and embarrassingly poor instruction in assessment ("only PT's do that") and exercise (utterly shocked how little PTs and PTAs often understand about exercise, load, etc). Viewing a full process, based in movement and full chain assessment - instead of generic, cookie-cutter tests and exercises that are "good for glut med, or serratus, " or what ever, transfers to real world application tomorrow in the clinic!
My question is: having found the appropriate targets, and mobilizations, activations and exercises that reduce symptoms on immediate retest (I assume, based on my experience, that the effect is temporary), how to go about programming these into the patient's HEP, gym warm up, etc., and what kind of frequency, volume, and overall time frame, to cement the improved mechanics and timing?
Thank you so much for what you are doing! I have struggled to find meaningful continuing education and mentoring, and you are indirectly providing some of that!

This is miraculous. I was just reviewing your previous videos on knee pain and just finished trying some of the exercises. Exited the gym to find that you posted this gem. Can’t wait to try these out next time. This material is better than gold!!!

This was great watching. I have/had tendinopathy of achillies from running. Totally not related to weight lifting but find interest that glute muscles is such large structural part to body movement yet seem so easy to neglect that area. I hoping to get back into running, would be great to see you diagnose a runner lower body injury. thanks.

This is the ultimate patient care. It would be awesome if everyone got this level of focus, care, and rigor for 45 min to an hour. A lot of the time our health care system makes you feel rushed in and out.

Fixing my tibial IR and hip IR when they get stuck has been a knee pain game changer for me.
