I've just found out that my glass containers are oven safe. It makes a world of difference just baking the pancake mixture in the oven!! Game changer, and it saves so much time!

I made the Korean beef bowls and my bf said it’s the best meal I’ve ever cooked. I was also shocked, I consider myself to be an advanced cook and the recipe was SO simple yet SO flavorful! It’s on our menu for life!

I have made your pancakes twice with the shredded apples. I followed your recipe for whipped cottage cheese and heated up some raspberries and blackberries with 1 Tbsp. organic maple syrup, unfortunately I was out of blueberries, I put about 2 tablespoons in the whipped cottage cheese and put it on my pancakes and let me tell you, they were so delicious as were the turkey sausage patties!

I love all of your meal preps, they are absolutely fantastic & delicious by.

I did a cheat day because my husband wanted pizza. All I can say is no cheat dates for this gal. The same evening I woke up with a headache and acid reflux all the next day the 2nd day we had a Gyro and again the same thing. The second day instead of taking a med for the headache, I drank your big juice, and my headache went away within 10 minutes. I mentioned to my husband, no more cheat date, lol that will save money, not eating out.
When I follow your program 100% I experience neither. Thank you! Just a sidenote, I have woken up with headaches every night around 3-4:30 in the morning for the past 14 years, and when I started your plan, it was like I was healed. I thank God every day I found your YouTube channel or your channel found me 😊💛🌻

Thank you for including GRAIN FREE recipes. I’ve been suffering for many years and finally discovered after many tests, exams and hospital visits that I’m terribly allergic to cereal grains, including oats, millet, corn, wheat, rye, barley, etc. Quinoa and chia are the only ones so far I’m able to eat without adverse effects. So many recipes online only include “gluten free” but there are many gluten free cereals I can’t eat. So yes, thank you for including grain free. Really appreciate it! ❤❤❤

For the Korean beef bowls, add in quick pickled cucumber to bring it over the top! I use a vegetable peeler to peel the solid part of the cucumber (don’t include the seeds), and mix it with a touch of salt, some white vinegar and a little sugar. It really is a fresh flavor to go with the beef!
