Feel Good Yoga | Backbends and Heart Openers | 30 Minute Vinyasa Flow // This practice is delicious! I think it is one of my favorite YouTube videos to date. I take you on a journey up to wheel pose. We will build up access to your deeper backbends by working through your hips, core, upper and lower back. Heart opening yoga postures are a beautiful way to energize your life. Opening your physical heart space can also open your heart chakra welcoming in self-love, acceptance, joy and inner peace.
