I used to be able to do a backbend and I don’t feel flexible anymore. I love this because I’m determined to accomplish a backbend again. 😊

I used to think I couldn't do this cause I don't have enough confidence but I'm going to keep doing this to prove myself wrong

Why this is the best tutorial :

1 When you practice enough you can do a backbend
2 when you can do a back bend you can do a bank bend then kick over
3 when you can do step 2 you can practice to do it faster
4 do it with some speed and you can now do a flick flack
5 when you can do a flick flack you can learn a backflip
6 to do a backflip go on a trampoline and practice your flick flack
7 use your hands less and less and start to curl yourself in the air
8 do number 7 and don’t use your hands at ALL
9 YOU ARE NOW A PRO 🎊 🎉

Tips: first go down the wall with someone holding ur back. Then when your confident try it by yourself on the wall . After try to land on the couch or chair
And then use a couch to make u stand up then after a few weeks you got ur BACKBENDDDD
