I was out for a round on Friday. This is literally what I was needing. Took 3 holes to start swinging well at all.

warm up? a couple of practice swings & then get on with it! followed by wondering why my ball went over there instead of where I was aiming.

Super stretching routine, just need to do these a few times and commit. In every sport a good stretch is important to reduce injury and in golf where the pre-shot routine is so helpful this can set up a better pattern that can carry into play. Many thanks!

Pete, this is a great video. As we all always (wink wink) get to our tee times 10 minutes before we need to, what better time than to stretch and also mentally prepare for the round ahead. Would love to see some more videos about the mental side of the game to go along with your upcoming course situational vids

FYI the hip rotation exercise is primarily for the STANCE limb. Open and close those hips as much as you can

Yoga is very good for keeping yourself loose and flexible, I regularly do yoga to help Improve when lifting weights

Warm up stretches?
Tilt head back > pour 3 pints into mouth > play golf. Sorted 👍🏻😬

Great vid. Sadly, (as the pain in my body keeps reminding me) I'm not as young or flexible as I used to be & these warm up stretches are getting to be mandatory now.
