STOP Wasting Time - 5 Minute Golf Pre Round Warm Up

Показать описание
What does your golf pre round warm up look like?
If you're golf pre round warm up consists of getting your club out of the car, walking to the driving range, and then walking to the 1st tee...
Well, that's a problem!
If you want to play your best golf, you have to do more than whack some balls on the driving range as your pre round warm up.
Golf requires your body to be fully prepared to do what you're asking of it. You're about to swing the club aggressively multiple times for the next 2-4 hours. If your body isn't ready by the time you tee off on the first hole, it's probably going to take you 2-4 holes to finally feel warmed up and ready to go. But by that point you might 5-6 strokes over ready to just call it quits...
So don't waste your time getting your body "warm" by going to the range before your round.
Take the 5 minutes (at most!) it takes to do this easy routine that you can literally do anywhere with only 1 club.
Seriously, your body will feel like you hit a bucket of balls!
