Blame the politicians. Every single one of them. This should have been addressed, or perhaps it was? I feel sorry for all those in this situation, and the animals as well. Hey media, maybe you should do some actual reporting before this kind of flooding happens? I stopped watching the MSM years ago when I realized it was all scripted and no actual reporting.
