Thank you for your excellent videos. Move more and sit less is certainly good advice especially as we get older. It is sad how little exercise children get now that they can't walk to school anymore. Exercise is a great stress reliever at any age.

Being a light sleeper is a pain. Being woke constantly by annoying, loud people talking, flushing toilets, dogs barking, etc... I use earplugs...

8 hrs is key. In 4-hr intervals. 4, 8, 12 hrs of sleep. 12 hrs only if you missed sleep hrs. 4 hrs if you have to split your up your 8 hrs. A 30 minute to an Hr nap Mid-Day can be helpful for a pick me up as well.

Sounds Good. How much restful sleep do we need though? Sometimes I spend 9 hrs in bed but have around 4 hours restful sleep and feel like I have not slept at all.

Umm OK can you pls reply to this comment cus I eat a lot workout alot and sleef for 10 to 12 hours and I'm 9 years old and I'm still feeling low on energy and then indont feel like doing my workouts that I need pls someone help me fix this problem and I'm only doing 6 mins and 6 mind in the morning and 3 work outs for dinner they are only 6 and 6 mins and 10 mins long so add them together and it makes 34 mins of work out a day and your normally spots to do 60 to 30 mins a day as I know
