Nutrition Tier Lists: Milks

You either love it or you hate it. Or you wish you could love it, but you can't drink it. The point is, everyone has weighed in on milk and nearly everyone has weighed in on their plant imitations. The question no one ever actually seemed interested in answering, is what do these "Milks" actually contain? That is, at least today. Does milk reign supreme or is there a new botanical challenger on the horizon?

Also for the various plat milks that I was not able to cover, the majority of them have nutrient profiles similar to their base form, which I have covered most of in other lists. I just didn't want to make a judgement on those without complete understanding of them.

All nutrient data is pulled from the USDA's National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference.
