The plaintiff purchased a dog from the defendant and named her Bella. Although he loves Bella, the plaintiff says the dog has hip problems from inbreeding, so he’s suing the defendant for the cost of surgery. The defendant won’t give the plaintiff money until he proves Bella has a genetic issue.

So sad looked up the lady and her breeding pages and where she’s at and she’s a puppy male backyard breeding operation it’s so sad and horrible and then to see some peoples complaints and problems just breaks my heart. This lady needs to be shut down.

I just think it's sad when so many animals already don't have homes. Ontop of that trying to mix and match and make them how you want them and then most end up with terrible problems. It's almost like their experimenting on them. I understand to some its a career and their legacy but I just don't agree.

Hip dysplasia is hereditary and certain breeds are prone to it. In all honesty as a vet tech brachycephalic breeds and some large breeds tend to have the most issues. So it's best to do research before purchasing certain breeds.
